Every existing service is free to trial during our launch period. No payment required.
Preregistration and organisation approval are still required, and goods are still exchanged using RaffleSwap points. Free launch access does not add subscription credits to your account.
Free launch access is available for a limited time. The end date has not yet been set. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before free launch access ends. You will not be charged automatically—you must actively confirm a paid subscription and its price before any payment is taken. Choosing a preferred plan during preregistration is not agreement to pay. If you do not subscribe, you can continue on your organisation’s $0 Basic plan. Organisation approval and points requirements for charity and school goods exchanges still apply.
The subscriber prices below are our future pricing, shown so you know what each plan includes. They are not charged during launch.

Future pricing: once paid plans begin, they will add recurring account credits after each successful subscription payment, and unused credits roll over. No credits are added automatically during free launch access.
Downloadable impact reports are included with Charity Plus and Pro and Education Plus and Pro, not as standard Basic-plan benefits. Approved charities and education partners have temporary complimentary report access during free launch.

Physical listings calculate an indicative production/material estimate from the recorded weight, or a labelled platform weight estimate. Where product-specific data is unavailable, rough models use assumed materials and show their sources, limitations and an illustrative sensitivity range. These figures are not supplier-verified footprints or emissions saved by donating goods.
Production benchmarks and reuse-benefit estimates must not be added together. They are not carbon credits, offsets or a verified Australian emissions inventory. Read about estimates and reports.
Businesses donate goods to approved charities and education partners. Businesses do not receive goods. Available points can also be donated to registered charities or education partners from the business dashboard. Downloadable CSR reports are a Business Starter and higher plan benefit, not a standard Business Basic benefit.
