Charity Basic, Education Basic, and Business Basic are $0 AUD per month and free to join. Approved organisations can use all existing plan services free during launch, while goods exchanges still require points. One-off credit top-ups are unavailable during launch. Understanding environmental estimates

Physical listings calculate an indicative production/material estimate from the recorded weight, or a labelled platform weight estimate. Where product-specific data is unavailable, rough models use assumed materials and show their sources, limitations and an illustrative sensitivity range. These figures are not supplier-verified footprints or emissions saved by donating goods.

Charity, education and business dashboards and eligible CSR/impact reports show these estimates for current remaining listings in a separate section, including assumptions and sources in PDF exports. Completed-transfer reuse figures count completed activity only and use preserved completion-time evidence; historical gaps are not filled from current listings. Annual impact certificates cover completed activity, not current-stock production estimates. Vouchers, programs and services are excluded from physical-goods calculations.

Production benchmarks and reuse-benefit estimates must not be added together. They are not carbon credits, offsets or a verified Australian emissions inventory.

Current services and responsibilities

  • Downloadable charity and education impact reports are Plus and Pro benefits, not standard Basic-plan benefits. Business CSR reports are included with Business Starter and higher, not Business Basic. Approved organisations have temporary complimentary report access during free launch.
  • Businesses can donate goods and available points to registered charities or education partners. Businesses do not receive goods and cannot use points to receive or swap goods.
  • The two parties arrange pickup, delivery or shipping directly, including charity-to-charity, business-to-charity, business-to-education partner and charity-to-education partner arrangements. RaffleSwap does not handle or transport goods.
  • Goods must not be unsafe, broken, unhygienic or illegal. Each item donated should be in its original packaging, sealed and clean.
  • We will give each affected organisation at least 30 days’ email notice before its free launch access ends. Preregistration and preferred-plan selections do not authorise charging. A paid subscription requires active confirmation; you can remain on $0 Basic.
